I have seen a lot of indications that the federal government plans to begin implementing a state of military rule in the near future -- quite possibly by the end of this year. It will likely be triggered by an intentionally-created "natural disaster," possibly one on a global scale. (Think something along the lines of massive flooding out of major cities, due to rising sea levels). This manufactured catastrophe will require the military to "assist" local police and emergency services, but within a very short period of time this "assistance" will quickly give way to a state of overt martial law.

American Indian spiritual teacher Red Elk used to maintain a web forum where he answered questions on all kinds of strange subjects. However, the forum was shut down several years ago and is no longer accessible.
