"The Right of the People"

My fellow Americans,

I have seen a lot of indications that the federal government plans to begin implementing a state of military rule in the near future -- quite possibly by the end of this year.    It will likely be triggered by an intentionally-created "natural disaster," possibly one on a global scale. (Think something along the lines of massive flooding out of major cities, due to rising sea levels).   This manufactured catastrophe will require the military to "assist" local police and emergency services, but within a very short period of time this "assistance" will quickly give way to a state of overt martial law.

According to a recent news report, the FBI is now training civilian members of its highly secretive Infragard club on how they will be expected to conduct themselves "when, not if" martial law is declared:

InfraGard members are being advised on how to prepare for a martial law situation—and what their role might be. One member described what FBI instructors told members during a recent meeting:

"All of a sudden we were knee deep in what was expected of us when martial law is declared ... Then they said when—not if—martial law is declared, it was our responsibility to protect our portion of the infrastructure, and if we had to use deadly force to protect it, we couldn’t be prosecuted,” he says.

The FBI is telling us outright that martial law is coming. It's already decided. It's already planned.

Hurricane Katrina was a trial run for this type of scenario, and in the aftermath of that disaster, federalized National Guard troops went door to door confiscating the guns of their countrymen.   Today's troops come from a generation raised on mass media brainwashing, and most of them have no concept in their minds whatsoever of individual God-given rights that are secured by a Bill of Rights.    If ordered to do so, most of them will break your door down, take your guns, and kill you if you get in the way.

Local police already do this sort of thing on a regular basis, dressed in black clothes and ski masks.   When I was growing up, we were taught it was the BAD guys who dressed like that.   I still think it is.   Calling it the "Homeland Security Division" of the local Podunk Police Department, instead of the federalized police force it has truly become, just makes it that much more offensive.

If martial law is declared, will Americans give up their guns?

That's a question that has our rulers very concerned. But, not to worry! In case you aren't aware of it, the US Supreme Court has already agreed to consider the case of DC vs Heller, which will settle once and for all the question of whether the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. How convenient!

The interesting thing about this situation is that the Supreme Court has not heard any cases on this issue in almost eighty years, so a person cannot help but ask themselves: WHY NOW?

Is the Supreme Court planning to hand down a decision -- conveniently timed to coincide with the already-planned declaration of martial law -- that the Second Amendment does not guarantee an individual right to keep and bear arms after all?    Our rulers know that if such a ruling is issued and well-publicized, there will be much less resistance from the American people when soldiers start going door to door confiscating guns. After all, most sheeple will think, "we've got to obey the law."

That's what the Germans said, too.

There is something extremely suspicious about the timing here -- I think it stinks to high heaven. Because I know that The Powers That Be in this country today are hell-bent on eliminating all concepts of individual rights and freedom from the face of the Earth. In order to accomplish this, they are going to need to disarm the American people. There is no way around this.

But they are not stupid, and they know that there are a LOT of Americans out there who are already wise to their plans, and who are NOT going to surrender their guns voluntarily. Forcibly disarming the American people is going to be a major challenge, and the conspirators know this.

Now, it is a well-known military tactic that before you invade an enemy population, you first try to "soften them up," whenever possible, with psychological warfare tactics. You tell them you are there to help them, or "liberate" them, etc. Even though most of the enemy population will not fall for the trick, there will always be some who believe the lies and as a result will not fight back. And from a military point of view, cutting down the resistance by ANY amount is worth the effort.

The conspirators who have taken over our government, and who have quietly declared war on the American people, are also beginning their assault against us with psychological warfare. In this situation, one of the tactics they have decided to employ against us is to make Americans believe that we have never had a right to own guns in the first place.

In order to accomplish this, these people desperately want us to believe that there is some kind of legitimate debate as to whether the Second Amendment guarantees an individual right to own guns at all, or whether it only applies to "the militia."

They know that as long as Americans believe there is some kind of actual question here, they will be much more likely to accept a Supreme Court ruling saying they have no right to own a gun at all.    Once it has been established that there is a "debate" over the issue, it will then seem perfectly reasonable to have the Supreme Court "settle the issue" once and for all. The publicizing of this manufactured "debate" is a deadly tactic of psychological warfare, and it is aimed directly at you. That's why it is more important than ever for all Americans to understand this crucially important point:

THERE IS NOT NOW -- AND NEVER HAS BEEN -- ANY TRUE QUESTION AS TO WHETHER THE SECOND AMENDMENT PROTECTS AN INDIVIDUAL'S RIGHT TO OWN A GUN.

Our secret masters know that, and they will therefore do everything in their power to confuse the issue.    But try as they might, they can't get around the simple fact that the founders who wrote our Bill of Rights were crystal clear in their choices of words as to who was protected.

Let's take a look at a few examples:

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

What if I were to suggest to you that the First Amendment did NOT give individuals any right to assemble, or petition the government?    Obviously I would be wrong, because the language could not be any more plain.   The First Amendment says it is the right of the people to do these things.

THAT MEANS YOU AND ME.

Obviously.  There is no debate about it.

Let's take a look at another example:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

What if someone were to suddenly suggest that the Fourth Amendment did not apply to you as an individual, and that police and military could break into your house any time they wanted, search you and your belongings, and then take to you to a secret prison, never to be heard from again?     That would OBVIOUSLY be in direct conflict with the Fourth Amendment, quoted above.  It's crystal clear.  It is the right of the people not to be subjected to such abuses.

THAT MEANS YOU AND ME.

Obviously.  There is no debate about it.

Everyone who can understand basic English can understand that the right of the people means exactly that.    Today, when lawless government agencies break into people's homes without due process or warrants, they know full well that they can't pretend it's legal -- so they just ignore the issue, counting on the fact that none of us can do a damn thing about it anyway.

But what about the Second Amendment?     What does that say?

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

The language is plain, but the Communists who now control our government do not recognize the right of the people to ANYTHING AT ALL -- let alone guns!

So they will ALWAYS try to confuse you by diverting your attention to the preamble of the Amendment, which talks about "a well regulated militia." They will tell you that if you don't "belong to a militia," you can't have a gun. They will tell you that militia means the National Guard, and unless you are an officer or enlisted person, you are not part of the militia and have no right to own a gun. BUT THIS IS A CLEVER AND DEADLY LIE!
Devil

Most people today have been subjected to government schooling and haven't been taught the truth about their heritage. They haven't been taught that the term militia, as used in the Constitution, means EVERYONE able to carry a gun. In reality there is no conflict between the preamble of the Second Amendment and the phrase enumerating the right itself. The Second Amendment states in no uncertain terms that it is the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and

THAT MEANS YOU AND ME!

If you still have any trace of doubt left in your mind, bear in mind the fact that while the Constitution itself cannot be easily changed, federal laws can. The Congress and the Senate can pass new laws saying whatever they want, whenever they want. And yet, perhaps surprisingly, they have allowed a law to remain on the books which actually recognizes this simple fact:

definition of militia

Of course, no law -- not even this one -- can give a final definition to the term militia, because the term is used in the Second Amendment, which is a part of the Constitution -- and the Constitution cannot be changed by mere legislation.

But I call your attention to this law anyway, because it serves as a powerful example that even the Congress itself has historically recognized that it is the people themselves who are the militia. Both the Constitution AND the federal laws of our country say that it is the right of the people to keep and bear arms, and

THAT MEANS YOU AND ME. PERIOD.

With all the above in mind, take a look at the following advertisement for a new "terrorism-detection" computer system, currently being marketed to and deployed by police agencies all across America:

Coplink

Notice the bits I've underlined in red -- one of the key features being advertised is that this is a system which gives anyone using the software instant access to a global database of all firearms.

I suggest that everyone ought to think very carefully about the uses to which such a database might be put, by a government that has already decided to implement military dictatorship in the near future.

The only question remaining is: How will YOU respond when the day comes that troops are at YOUR door, asking you politely -- or not so politely -- to surrender your guns? Because "after all," they will tell you, "it's an emergency, and we know who you are. We got your name off the gun registration database. And the Bill of Rights has been eliminated. You people can no longer be trusted with firearms anymore, under the new Constitution of the North American Union. So do the right thing, and peacefully turn over your weapons to us now. I said now."

It is no secret that American history has been one of brutal oppression of many races -- blacks, American Indians, and many other groups who have suffered massively at the hands of the US government. But there has been one incredibly important concept in American history from which we can all benefit as we move into the future. And that is the idea that man has certain inalienable rights which come from God -- not government -- and that the only legitimate purpose of government is to secure those rights against anyone who would try to harm us. And I think that idea is the most important concept ever incorporated into any system of government, and that it must be held sacred for ALL people -- not just white land-owners -- if human beings on Earth are ever going to have any semblance of freedom again.

That's why we need to talk about "Constitutionally-protected rights" and not "Consitutional rights." There is a vital difference: if we believe that rights come from a document written by man -- even a Constitution -- then those rights can just as easily be taken away by man. But if we understand that we have inherent rights which come from Divine Providence itself -- rights which can never be extinguished by the action of any legislator, or any dictator -- then the only thing any government can properly do is act to protect those rights for us. And when it fails to do so, we have the rights to defend ourselves against any aggressors, by any means necessary.

And it is precisely that understanding of things that led the founders of the American Republic to append the Bill of Rights to our Constitution. Because they knew that government itself has historically been the greatest mass-murderer of all. And they knew that once a people give up their only means of defense, it is too late. The people may then be enslaved, or they may be massacred wholesale. Throughout history, many peoples have learned this lesson the hard way. Hopefully, the American people will have a chance to escape the same fate.

Jews For The Preservation of Firearms Ownership

"Founded by Jews and initially aimed at educating the Jewish community about the historical evils that Jews have suffered when they have been disarmed, JPFO has always welcomed persons of all religious beliefs who share a common goal of opposing and reversing victim disarmament policies while advancing liberty for all."

Phil Schneider Memorial

Phil was a civilian geologist who worked on highly-classified construction projects for the U.S. government. Many of his assignments involved the construction of "Deep Underground Military Bases." When Schneider learned that these bases were to be used in the enslavement of the American people under a one-world dictatorship, he began to speak out publicly in violation of his security oath. After continuing to speak out despite numerous attempts on his life, in early 1997 he was found strangled to death in his apartment. Your freedom may depend on your learning the information he died trying to communicate.
